Donna Cortez Boyer
Donna has been actively engaged in South Jersey real estate since 1975 and has experience in all phases of the industry: residential and commercial, sales and rental, primary and resort investment markets. A successful sales career and a stint as Sales Manager soon led to a Broker’s license and employment as Branch Manager service for several firms including a national franchisee.
After achieving GRI status, the most prestigious designation offered by the National Association of REALTOR®, Donna turned her professional energies to education, leading to her election to various local and state committees, appointment as Dean of the Graduate Realtor Institute, and eventually to a term as President of the Cape May County Association of REALTOR®.
Donna continues to be active in her local association serving on various committees to serve the REALTOR® membership.
Donna teaches both Salesperson and Broker level courses, handles the Administrative affairs of the School, fosters new opportunities in professional development, and functions as liaison with the Real Estate Commission.
James B. Adams, MBA
James brings a wealth of sales and training firepower to the classroom from his experiences in our United States Marine Corps, a focus in marketing with honors as a Master of Business Administration graduate from American Military University, and exceptional results in sales receiving national awards for his performances. His consistent leadership roles have enabled students to understand elements beyond pen and paper methods to ensure real-world comprehension which translates perfectly to the real estate industry’s tough demands for the most disciplined and knowledgeable competition of independent contractors. He enjoys focusing on working with the next generation of Brokers where rather than traditionally “teaching” he seeks to develop a closer alignment to the intangibles of law, competition, management, and development strategy.
His perception of what he considers a “people business” allows for extremely versatile and empathic partnerships with anyone he’s privileged to associate with and generates a very positive impact in communities to unify various systems helping clients above and beyond the expectations of a real estate agent. Although as a certified Realtor Military Relocation Professional® (MRP) James specializes in helping actively serving military and veterans in New Jersey and other states, he also utilizes his real estate resources in the fight against veteran homelessness partnering his company Arbor Domum with other Veteran-Owned businesses.
