Applicants must have been continually licensed and employed on a                                                                  full-time basis as a New Jersey real estate salesperson for the three years immediately preceding the application.

The NJREC now allows Broker Candidates to take their required courses in any order.

Anyone of the three broker courses fulfills the 12 hour New Jersey continuing Education Requirement.
